Aqua Fit - The ideal start to the day
A mix of strength, mobilization, stretching and coordination exercises in the water in our Bären water world.
Meeting point: in the swimming pool on the 3rd floor

Wellness reception with a tour of the spa area
We will guide you through the Bären spa world and inform you about our wellness treatments and products. Take a look at the beautiful suites, the spa rooms and our sauna area.

Guided hike
Join us on a discovery tour of beautiful gorges, valleys and fantastic vantage points in the Black Forest hiking paradise around the Hotel Bären Titisee.
Depending on the weather, it will be decided where the hike will lead.
Walking time 2.5 - 3 hours, sure-footedness required
Please bring: small backpack, drink, sturdy shoes, KONUS guest card

Yoga & Pilates
In Pilates, we focus specifically on building strength and mobility in the body.
In yoga we deepen the whole and try to harmonise body, mind and soul.
