We really enjoyed our first stay at the Hotel Bären. We felt very comfortable and "welcome" at all times. The welcome was warm, the rooms were great, the food was brilliant, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Here you can feel the family atmosphere, the attention to detail and the warmth of the hosts. We were surprised to be greeted by name... it's flattering and shows interest. The wellness area is small but nice and very clean. Unfortunately, the relaxation area is located above the indoor pool on an open gallery, making it very warm and sometimes noisy. I would have liked to use the barefoot path, but the access was a bit awkward via the corridor, here it would be ideal to have a staircase from the outdoor saunas. Towels and chilled drinks are replenished very regularly! We really enjoyed the four days with rest, relaxation and excursions. We are also absolute bear lovers and were delighted to see the beautiful "bears" in the hotel every day.
Many thanks to the whole team... We would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in this hotel!!! We were warmly welcomed into the hotel. The hotel's facilities (rooms, wellness area, sauna, swimming pool, bar, indoor/outdoor areas) corresponded to the description and our expectations were all met. The meal was a joy for us! The kitchen also conjured up a great menu every day for our special needs (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan). The breakfast selection was very extensive, everything was freshly prepared, no wish was left unfulfilled. We can also recommend the guided hikes offered and the treatments in the wellness area. Thank you for everything!!!! We'd love to come back!!!

Service: Very friendly staff
Gastronomy: Delicious food, extra wishes are catered for without any problems
Sport & Entertainment: Only the water in the indoor pool is already cold. Wonderful massages
