Book treatments & massages - how do I do it?

Until when can I cancel a treatment appointment free of charge?

Booked appointments are binding. We ask for your understanding that your late arrival may result in a reduction in your treatment time due to consideration for subsequent guests, with the full cost of the treatment being charged. Short-term cancellations are possible 24 hours in advance, otherwise we charge 100%.

What do I do if I have health restrictions?

Before treatment, please inform us of any medical indications or restrictions that need to be taken into account.

What should I generally know about the treatments?

Take time for yourself before coming to a treatment appointment. Enjoy the swimming pool and sauna to prepare your body, mind and soul for the treatments. 

To get maximum benefit from your treatment, we recommend that you arrive at our spa department 5 minutes before the start of your treatment.
